A. INSTALLATION PROTOCOL

Do's

1. Ensure the installation wall area is dry, clean, safe, dustproof, and well-ventilated.

2. Connect input mains (grid) supply plug to the 210-250V/50hz supply with proper grounding. If the voltage is fluctuating or not within the range of 210V to 250V install a stabilizer.

3. Maintain at least 30 cm clearance around inverter and batteries for ventilation.

4. Ensure proper Input, Output, DC cable polarity (Solar) and tight connections before powering ON.

5. Use MCB/Changeover MCB/Surge Protection Devices (SPD) for input protection.

6. Install the PuREPower on a solid, flat, non-flammable surface

7. Ensure cables are properly routed with no bends, cuts, or loose contacts.

8. Confirm that MC4 connectors are locked properly before powering ON.

Dont's

1. Direct sunlight, rain, and heavy dust. This applies to both indoor and outdoor setups.

2. Do not attempt to recharge when the PuREPower has gone into deep discharge mode or damaged PuREPower.

B. PuREPower STORAGE PROTOCOL

Do's

1. Keep storage at 20–27°C and recommended state of charge (SOC) 40–50%.

2. Ensure the area is clean, dry, and free from flammable materials.

3. Use insulated pallets with 15mm clearance between units.

4. Charge every 3 months up to 40% for long-term storage.

5. Inspect weekly; keep a fire extinguisher and sand buckets nearby.

6. Maintain CCTV surveillance.

Dont's

1. Do not stack units or place objects on them.

2. Do not expose products directly to water, high humidity, rain, or freezing conditions.

C. POWER QUALITY PROTOCOLS

Do's

1. Adequate earthing and circuit protection must be ensured.

2. Verify DC polarity (+/-) before connecting the PuREPower and PV strings.

3. Connect PV strings as per design – check Voc, Isc, and MPPT compatibility before energizing.

4. Always switch OFF the Battery MCB and PV DC Isolator before making or removing connections.

5. Check phase sequence for three-phase systems before powering ON.

Dont's

1. Do not connect the inverter to unstable or fluctuating grid power without a stabilizer.

2. Do not connect the system without proper earthing/grounding.

D. BASIC MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL

1. Keep metal tools and other metallic objects away from PuREPower.

2. Clean PuREPower surfaces with a soft, moist cotton cloth only.

3. Ensure ventilation fans/air filters of PuREPower are clean and not blocked

4. Monitor system weekly via PURE Cloud / PURE BMS app for SoC & SoH

E. NECESSARY INSURANCE

The Channel Partner must insure the showroom for the full inventory value with: Fire, Theft, and Burglary Insurance.

F. HANDLING AND TRANSIT PROTOCOLS

Do's

1. Handle with trained staff using proper tools (trolley, forklift, or lifting belts).

2. Maintain 20–30°C during storage and transit.

3. Use strong packaging and follow manufacturer guidance.

4. Ensure insurance for fire, theft, and transit damages.

Dont's

1. Do not use damaged or weak cartons/pallets.

2. Do not let water enter packaging during storage or transport.

G. EXPOSURE CONTROL AND PERSONAL PROTECTION

  • Acceptable Concentration
: Not Specified W.R.T PuREPower Li-ion Battery
  • Facilities
: NA
  • Respiratory Protection
: Self-Contained Berthing Apparatus for organic gasses.
  • Hand Protection
: Safety Gloves
  • Eye Protection
: Safety Glasses

H. FIRST AID MEASURES (IN CASE OF ELECTROLYTE LEAKAGE FROM THE PuREPower)

  • Eye contact
: Flush the eyes with plenty of clean water for at least 18 minutes immediately, without rubbing. Get immediate medical treatment. If appropriate procedures are not taken, this may cause eye injury
  • Skin contact
: Wash the contact areas off immediately with plenty of water and soap If appropriate procedures are not taken, this may cause sores on the skin.
  • Inhalation
: Remove to fresh air immediately. Get medical treatment immediately

I. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES

  • Fire extinguishing agent Extinguishing method
: Powder-coated (Class D) extinguisher and DRY SAND ARE EFFECTIVE. Since vapor generated from burning PuREPower may make eyes, nose and throat irritates, be sure to extinguish the fire on the windward side. Wear respiratory protection equipment in some cases.

J. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
(IN CASE OF ELECTROLYTE LEAKAGE FROM THE PuREPower)

If smoke or unusual smell is detected, power down the system immediately Disconnect AC supply, DC isolators, and battery MCBs (if safe to do so) before firefighting.

K. IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINE:

1. The PuREPower system uses Advanced Nano PCM (Phase Change Material) technology for enhanced thermal management and safety. The company holds patent rights for this safety feature.

2. As a first-level safety alarm, white smoke may appear under certain unusual thermal conditions. This smoke comes from proprietary organic materials that provide advanced thermal cooling and act as a fail-safe protection for the complete system.

3. Do not panic if white smoke appears. This is a first-level safety alarm caused by the system’s advanced thermal protection using proprietary organic materials. Although the system may continue to operate, you must immediately shut down the system and inform your dealer or the company without delay

L. CRITICAL DON’T

1. Do not disassemble, modify, or tamper with inverter, battery pack, or BMS.

2. Do not connect/common the input neutral and output neutral wires.

3. Do not expose PuREPower to fire, direct sunlight, heaters, or temperatures above 60°C.

4. Do not connect the system to non-recommended loads or unauthorized external equipment.

5. Do not pierce the battery pack with a nail or other sharp objects, strike it with a hammer, or step on it.

6. Do not operate the system without proper grounding/earthing.

7. Do not use the PuREPower for a purpose other than those specified.

M. CRITICAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Immediately discontinue use of the PuREPower if, while using, charging, or storing the battery, the battery emits unusual smells, changes colour or shape, or appears abnormal in any way. Contact the Company immediately.

In Case of smoke or fire, DO NOT POUR WATER ON DAMAGED BATTERY. Use a powder-coated extinguisher and sand to isolate the battery.
