PURE EV Batteries are rated IP 65. However, damages caused by heavy water exposure (beyond the standards of IP65) is not covered under warranty, as such external/environmental factors are listed in the exclusions.

Battery warranty is covered as per the battery capacity measurement, i.e. it must clock more than 70% of the rated capacity during the warranty period.

Immediately discontinue use and contact an authorized PURE EV service center. Swelling is a safety issue, and continued use is dangerous as well as outside warranty conditions if not reported promptly.
